Unfold everything and you will have 4 equal sections (this was done by folding the halves in half).

Prepare to apply a horizontal valley-fold.

Apply the horizontal valley-fold of the step #5.

This will be the same as the folding the lower half in 3/4 so that the bottom edge matches the first horizontal black line from the top.
