21. (a) Carefully and slightly pull two opposite sides in the opposite directions.   (b) Rotate the paper by 90 degrees in the counter-clockwise direction,

22. Gently press the center so that it is completely flat.   You are now ready to form the shape of the rose.   Now, we will be working with the outer/front part of the rose.
