11. Pull the right edge following the arrow direction of the step #9.   Prepare to apply an "inside reverse-folds" and an "outside reverse-fold" .

12. Apply one "inside reverse-folds" and one "outside reverse-fold" of the step #11.   Prepare to turn the origami flower model over.
