21. Open the five petals a little following the arrow directions of the step #20.   Prepare to rotate the origami frangipani flower model by 90 degrees.

22. Rotate the origami frangipani flower model by 90 degrees.   Prepare to push the top while rotating it slightly in the counter-clockwise direction.
